ABOLISH SLAVERY AGAIN

6/7/2013

This is a campaign to abolish slavery; again. It is a movement that began in North Carolina to raise awareness to business transactions existing in the industry of child support enforcement.

-         Child Support Enforcement is a business only recognized as trade and commerce.  It is an industry that the United States Constitution abolished in this country.  In 1865, the United States Congress outlawed certain business transactions involving the regulations of American women and children.

-         Child Support Enforcement is an industry that operates by using the judicial branch of North Carolina without applying any rights of its citizens.  This means that there are no applied rules of civil procedure such as due process of law, the filing of a legitimate complaint, a court judgment or an actual conviction of some sort of crime.  No rights of equal protection and constitutional privileges have ever been applied in civil actions of child support enforcement on behalf of a United States Citizen residing in North Carolina.

-         Here is an industry that has been created by the people for the people.  It has been created, legislated, enacted and enforced by nothing more than the sovereign will of the people controlling government and their authority to enforce this lawless business.  The only true beneficiaries of this industry are the State and its staff.  American men, women and children have once again suffered a great loss of life at the expense of governmentalized corruption.

Lets petition government to abolish slavery again.
